DreamUp Experience 2022

DreamUp summer mentoring & leadership capstone is the signature women's empowerment program for Dream Mentorship. Every year, 20-35-year-old women join us for 6 weeks of curriculum-based training on personal development, career advancement, leading with purpose, and the basics of starting a business.

Here's what you will get each week:

• You will get paired with industry bosses based on your goals and what you hope to get out of the program. Your mentor will be someone who has a lot of experience in your niche and your career & personal goals.
• Each week, the topics are centered around Self-discovery, financial literacy & freedom, professional development, and personal growth.
• Participants also get the opportunity to win up to $2,500 cash award to be used towards their dream. Eligible participants will compete in our "Lean Canvas Most Likely to Succeed" pitch competition.
• We pride ourselves on accountability, sisterhood, motivation & community. Whether in-person or during a break-out room conversation, you will be able to make friends and share in a safe space without judgment.
